Join Warren Land Trust and Warren Parks and Rec final snowshoe adventure (or winter hike if snow is lacking) of the season! WLT Board member and longtime winter sports enthusiast Mickey Morris will take the lead along with WLT’s Don Lawson and provide snowshoeing tips.

Saturday, Feb. 28 at 10am Snowshoeing or Winter Hike on WLT’s Keith Family Preserve.

Parking: access off of Rte 45 North, via Brick School Rd, on the left. From Brick School Rd, after a little less than 1/2 mile, turn left to the parking area, marked by a sign for Lindstrom Park. The road becomes a dirt track at that point and you follow the track to the end where the parking area is located.

For snowshoeing, choose appropriate footwear and bring snowshoes and poles. For winter hiking, bring poles and yak trax or sturdy footwear with good treads.   

Children are welcome - parents, please use your judgement as to appropriate age and ability. Dogs on leash are welcome.
