Book Presentation 11/19 “Silent Spring Revolution: The 1960s Great Environmental Awakening"


Come hear renowned presidential historian, acclaimed author and CNN history commentator Douglas Brinkley on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 3 to 5 pm at the Kent School talk about his new book “Silent Spring Revolution: John F. Kennedy, Rachel Carson, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, and the Great Environmental Awakening"

The book chronicles the rise of environmental activism in the “long Sixties” and helps create a roadmap for 21st century environmentalists.
